Your clients’ appointment notes can contain sensitive information that requires an extra level of security. We’ve just released a new feature which locks visit notes after the sale.
Make and edit notes while the appointment is open.
Notes can be made and edited on an appointment up until it has been processed as a sale via POS.
Visit comments and notes are locked after a sale.
Once an appointment has been paid for, the comments are locked. Notes can be viewed but not changed.
